Announcing A Century of Carole Landis Blogathon

I have participated in so many amazing blogathons this year and now I am hosting one! Carole Landis would have turned a hundred years old on January 1st, 2019 and I wanted to host this blogathon in honor of her 100th birthday. It is a well known fact that I love Carole and her movies. She was an amazing woman and did a lot in her short life. And I don't feel like she gets a lot of love and I want to show her some.

In a career that only spanned a eleven years, Carole shined in such films as Moon Over Miami and I Wake Up Screaming (both films came out in 1941). She also went on USO tours during the Second World War.

I also want to thank Musings of a Classic Film Addict for giving me the courage to do this. She gave me that shove I needed and I am grateful for that. Anyway, on to the rules.

Any topic about Carole is up for grabs. Her movies, her relationships with Betty Grable, Robert Cummings, or Cesar Romero. Also her writing an her USO tours are subjects you can talk about as well. However, if you choose to talk about her death or any of her romantic relationships please be respectful to Carole and her memory please.

I am allowing ONE duplicate for each subject. Carole doesn't have the largest filmography, but there are a lot of subjects which can be used.

Once you have decided on a topic please send me your blog link, blog name, and your topic.

And once you have been approved please take one of the banners below and put it one your blog. And if you want to tell your friends or other Old Hollywood bloggers about this, that would be great.
